Policies
Catering orders will include all necessary plates, utensils, napkins and condiments in quantities consistent with your order. We also supply all food and beverage equipment needed to ensure food is served properly. China and linen service can be rented for your event at an additional charge. Our catering attendants will deliver, set up and pick up your order at your requested location. It is the customer's responsibility to clean up any trash and leftovers delivered on disposable service ware.
In order to guarantee menu availability, please have your orders placed three full business days prior to your event. For any special menu requests, please provide at least one week’s notice. For orders within 48 hours of your event, please email FWCatering@compass-usa.com; we will make every effort to accommodate your last minute needs. Our staff provides delivery and set up between 6 a.m. and 3 p.m., Monday through Friday. Events scheduled outside these hours may be charged an additional service fee.

Access to secure locations require a POC to meet and receive the delivery.
China and linen service can be provided for your event at an additional charge. Please email FWCatering@compass-usa.com for a quote. Additional services such as floral, rentals, and other outside services will be charged applicable after market management fees.
It is the customer’s responsibility to ensure that the appropriate number of tables are preset for all catered buffets. For offsite customers, please work with your Lockheed Martin sponsor on table arrangements. Questions may be directed to table-chair-request.fc-aero@lmco.com
If you are hosting a special event that requires more attention or is after business hours, we can arrange for you to have a personal catering attendant stay at an additional charge. Please email FWCatering@compass-usa.com at least one week prior to your event to schedule an attendant.
Due to Café 311 and Café 312 closure at this time, all caterings at these locations will have a $50 delivery for any orders under $250.
Catering orders are made specifically for your meeting; therefore cancellations or reductions in count must be made 24 hours in advance. Changes to your order may incur applicable charges. A fee of 10% up to the full price of the order may apply to orders cancelled within 24 hours.
