Policies
Catering orders will include all necessary plates, utensils, napkin and condiments in quantities consistent with your order. We also supply all food and beverage equipment needed to ensure food is served properly. China and linen service can be rented for your event at an additional charge. Our catering attendants will deliver, set up and pick up your order at your requested location. It is the customer's responsibility to clean up any trash and leftovers delivered on disposable service ware.
To guarantee menu availability, please have your orders placed three full business days prior to your event. For any special menu requests, please provide at least one week’s notice. For orders within 48 hours of your event, please email FWCatering@compass-usa.com; we will make every effort to accommodate your last-minute needs. Our staff provides catering services between 6 a.m. and 3 p.m. Monday through Friday. Events scheduled outside these hours will be charged with an additional service fee. Please place a separate order for each delivery time.
Catering orders will include all necessary disposable plates, utensils, napkins and condiments in quantities consistent with your order. We also supply all food and beverage equipment needed to ensure food is served properly. Our catering attendants will deliver, set up and pick up your order at your requested location within the established service hours of 6am-3pm. Access to secure locations require a POC to meet and receive the delivery. Please do not remove any catering service wares from the original delivery location, this will result in a recovery fee ranging from $25.00 - $100.00 per item.
China and linen service can be provided for your event at an additional charge. Please email FWCatering@compass-usa.com for a quote. Additional services such as floral, rentals, and other outside services will be charged applicable management fees. We arrange for you to have a catering attendant to respond to any immediate needs that arise for an additional fee.
If you are hosting a special event that requires more attention or is after business hours, we arrange for you to have a personal catering attendant at an additional charge.
Due to Café 311 and Café 312 closure at this time, all catering at these locations will have a $50 delivery for any orders under $250.
Catering orders are made specifically for your meeting; therefore, cancellations or reductions in count must be made 24 hours in advance. Changes to your order will incur applicable charges. A fee of 10% up to the full price of the order will apply to orders cancelled within 24 hours.
