Catering at its Best!

Whether you simply need beverages for a meeting or a fully catered luncheon, Compass/ Eurest has the solution for you. Our team uses the freshest products available to create a dining experience for you and your guests. If you would like to customize your order, simply contact your catering manager and they will be happy to assist you in planning your menu.


Eurest Fort Worth Catering Guidelines

 

Ordering

  • Orders must be placed in CaterTrax at least three (3) business days in advance.
  • Requests received with fewer than three (3) business days cannot be guaranteed.
  • Separate orders are required for each delivery time.
  • It is the customer’s responsibility to arrange for serving tables (contact: table-chair-request.fc-aero@lmco.com).
  • Special orders (~100 guests or more, plated meals, custom menus) require additional notice. Seven (7) business days’ notice is appreciated.

Service and Delivery

  • Orders include appropriate service ware, condiments, and serving equipment.
  • Catering team will deliver, set up, and pick up your order.
  • Secured delivery locations require a customer POC to meet and receive the delivery.
  • Please do not remove service wares from original delivery location; missing catering equipment may result in a replacement fee ($25–$100 per item).

Hours and Additional Services

  • Standard service hours are M-F from 6a -3p.
  • Labor charges ($35 per hour) will be added to events outside of standard service hours. Minimum of six hours may be required.
  • China, linens, rentals, floral are available at additional cost.

Event Staffing

  • For larger events (~100pp) we recommend a dedicated attendant at $35 per hour (6 hour minimum may apply); inquire with catering team for a quote.

Changes and Cancellations

  • Changes to existing orders must be submitted in CaterTrax at least one (1) full business day in advance.
  • Cancellation fees may apply to orders cancelled within one (1) business day.

Fort Worth — Beach Street Catering

  • Deliveries to Building 311 will incur a $50 delivery fee for orders under $250.
